The XSpectdrada
The XSpectdrada believe that they are the sole remaining descendents of a race that once ruled the whole galaxy, and that was destroyed by some unknown event, leaving a sole small surviving colony that was too small to sustain their technology. Most XSpectdrada look forward to the day when their imperium will be re-established.
They are masters of the psychic arts, and also of stealth technology. This, together with their ill disguised imperial ambitions, makes other races somewhat wary of them, and gives them the reputation of being untrustworthy.
